Refund policy

30-day returns. If you're not happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with all pieces included.
Gear that has been worn outdoors, chewed or damaged by use can't be returned.

How to start a return

Email hello@ruckpup.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please don't send items back before we give you instructions. Packages sent without them can't be accepted.

Return shipping

Wrong size or changed your mind: you pay return shipping.
Damaged, defective or wrong item: we cover it. Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. In most cases you won't need to send anything back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. Original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted for it.

Need a different size? The quickest way is to return the original for a refund and place a new order in the right size.
