Free shipping on every US order.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States, including P.O. boxes where the carrier allows. We don't ship internationally yet.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: 1–2 business days after you order.
• Delivery: usually 3–7 business days after processing. Orders ship from a US warehouse.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays and holidays can add time.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement.

Multiple packages

Larger orders sometimes ship in more than one package. You'll get tracking for each one.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or it shows delivered but you can't find the package, email hello@ruckpup.com and we'll sort it out with the carrier.

Address changes

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of ordering. After an order ships, we can't change the address.
